MindPlan ProfessionalFull version

suitable for managers who need full project management and monitoring functions to coordinate resources and budget.
MindPlan UserSmall version

targets users that want to get organized – but do not need to organize teams. In this version, neither activities can be assigned to third parties nor it is possible to create individual Gantt or map analyses for progress tracking.

Note that this version can only be run in combination with one MindPlan Professional License in your team.
MindPlan StandardTeam members version

generate new mind maps with the entire functionality to edit them at his disposal. In addition, maintain and edit projects created with MindPlan Professional. This version does neither contain the new creation of projects nor the definition of individual analyses and the assignment of activities to third parties.

MindPlan Standard addresses two different target groups based on these features:
  • Native Mind Map users
If you do not need any project planning functions in your Mind Map program, then MindPlan Standard is the right tool for you. MindPlan Standard hereby convinces especially with its very attractive price-performance ratio.
  • Members of a MindPlan team
Many members of a team need Weilgut MindPlan only for the documentation of their work progress in projects, for the creation and editing of their own activities, as well as for the maintenance of check lists, files and other result documentation. This group will receive very cost-effective access to the project information and functions of the MindPlan Professional version through MindPlan Standard.
